Welcome to the Spring Travel 2025 ECYSA Travel Registration

This is for typically for grades 5 and up. No player below 4th grade may play in this league regardless of skill level.

Grades 3 and 4 are recommended to register for MVP Travel League.

Grades 1 and 2 are recommended to register for In Town League.

**This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

You may discreetly request financial assistance at the end of this registration process, if needed.

Important registration procedures

Each applicant is required to provide:

• A signed registration (parents provide online signature when registering).
• Any player with an outstanding balance from previous season will not be rostered onto a team until their account has been settled.

Late Fee

Applications received after the due date are subject to a $25 late fee.

Withdrawal – If any player decides to not play after his/her registration is received by ASA, refunds will be made under the following refund policy:

Refund Policy

If a player who has registered for Spring or Fall Travel soccer chooses to withdraw from the travel program, the registration fees are eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the following guidelines.

If the player withdraws prior to the teams being set and submitted to the league (usually early Jan and early July), that player is entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. If the player voluntarily withdraws after the teams have been set and submitted to the league, then there is no refund.

If the player involuntarily withdraws after the teams have been set and submitted to the league, but before the start of the season, the player is entitled to a partial refund of the registration fee less $25 to compensate ASA for unrecoverable costs and league fees.

There is no refund to players who withdraw after the start of the season.

 Involuntary withdrawal is defined as:

• The result of injury, hospitalization, or other medical restriction (doctor’s note required)
• The player’s relocation outside of Amesbury

Other exceptional situations outside the control of the player may be considered on a case by case basis.
